1. Purpose

These terms apply to all services provided by AIConnectPath, 421 7 Ave SW, Calgary, AB T2P 4K9, Canada. Placing an order means full acceptance of these terms.

2. Registration and Booking

Enrollments can be made through our website, by phone, or email. A deposit may be required to secure your spot.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

3.1 Cancellation by the participant

• Cancel more than 48 hours in advance: full deposit refunded.
• Cancel between 48 and 24 hours prior: 50% of deposit is refunded.
• Cancel less than 24 hours prior or no show: deposit is non-refundable.

3.2 Cancellation by AIConnectPath

If we are unable to deliver the service (due to severe weather, technical issues, or force majeure), AIConnectPath will offer a new date or a full refund.

3.3 Refund process

Refunds are processed with the original payment method within 7 business days upon approval.

4. Liabilities

AIConnectPath is not liable for issues resulting from prior undisclosed problems (hardware, software, or user setup). Our sessions follow Canadian educational standards.

5. Privacy Policy

Your information is managed according to our Privacy Policy and complies with data protection regulations.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on AIConnectPath (text, logos, graphics) is protected under Canadian and international copyright laws.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Canadian law. Any dispute will be settled in Calgary courts.
